One of our hobbies is the aromatic lines of wine, which love our climate, warm and hot days with cool and sometimes fresh nights. Due to the intensive and fertile soils, the vines are never stressed and therefore their berries can develop the fullest of aroma.
Sauvignon Blanc, Muskateller and Gewürzttraminer are complemented by bouquet lines of Scheurebe and Bacchus.
Following our customary tradition of un-compromising selective harvesting, we allow the freshly harvested grapes to stand. Only after several hours do we press them, thus allowing the full aroma from the grape skin to transfer to the juice.
Then, so as not to influence the “fruit” of our wines, the wine is matured in stainless steel vats. Faithfull to our motto: “to give the wine the time it needs to develop” a long fermentation, creating a typical soft creamy form is obligatory.
