Naturally the Palatine classics are to be found in our cellars.
Above all the Riesling - due to our soil structure, it is always a somewhat full bodied and powerful aromatic wine. Some years the best blocks brings out a rather mineral style and in the young vines an introverted character.
Müller-Thurgau and Silvaner are only cultivated in their own outstanding Blocks. Müller-Thurgau: a nice, uncomplicated, fruity everyday wine. Silvaner: a neutral food accompaniment in an acidic reduced variant.
The variety of our cultivated vines promotes the ideas for our Cuvée and allows us an immense combination possibilities for our wine “Creations”
